AFM Refund Policy

Policy # 941 Donation Refund Policy, 3/4/2024

Adventist Frontier Missions Inc. (AFM) appreciates our donors’ faithfulness in prayers and their sacrificial support of our mission. Our frontline missionaries, annual operating budget, and ongoing financial health rely on accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Therefore, AFM considers all donations to be non-refundable.

In the case of a donor processing error, AFM may consider returning donations to the donor on a case-by-case basis only if the refund request is made within thirty (30) calendar days of the original donation, according to the date listed on the tax-deductible receipt. If AFM agrees to refund the donation, the donor will be asked for proof of identity as well as the return of the tax-deductible receipt before issuing a refund. All refunds are returned using the original method of payment. Donors are responsible for all tax considerations that may arise if their donation is refunded.

If a donation processing error occurs, please contact AFM at (800) 937-4236.

Meet AFM Training

AFM’s core business is investing in people (Matthew 28:18-20), that means you. It has to be if starting disciple-making movements is our mission mandate. God’s kingdom grows when more people choose to join his family (numerical growth) and when the people in the family grow-up in Christ (discipleship maturity) and become multipliers. The purpose of the training department at AFM is to facilitate this second kind of growth and investment so that the first kind of growth can happen with integrity.
